I am very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, whether it be seeing the inches come off or on, whether it being able to move with no pain or aches. Or it simply could be finding courage to overcome the mental barriers that you sometimes face while starting a fitness journey.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), specializing in Corrective Exercise- a technique that leverages the understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life. Having torn my ACL and ruptured my Achilles tendon I became determined to understand and know how to prevent injury or know how to overcome the injury with the correct integrated programming.
In my opinion, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It is about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of, I make it a goal to help you achieve your fitness goals while minimizing the risk of future injuries. Fall in love with the process and make your goals a reality.
